Northstar Ministries normally seeks to ship within 24 hours of receipt of a customer’s order. An order received after 3 pm on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. During periods of heavy orders, Northstar Ministries will ship as soon as we are able to do so.
Regular shipping is by United States Postal Service Media Mail which usually takes about 7 days to arrive (though USPS regulations allow up to three weeks for such delivery). In special cases, FedEx will used for more rapid delivery. Additional shipping fees may be added for special delivery service. In most circumstances, orders will arrive within seven business days.
The hardback commentary set shipping is $30 and unless otherwise directed, will be shipped by FedEx. The CD goes by first class mail, cost is $5 for sh/h.
As a matter of policy, the commentary set Understanding the Bible will be shipped insured for full replacement cost as part of the $30 shipping and handling fee.
